  • From where do you operate?

    We are currently operating in Surkhet Valley Only.

  • What makes you different from other competitors?

    Well, first of all, we are using the power of internet. You can browse our entire store without going to our shop & can order if you liked. We will deliver it to your door. This is a unique & novel experience.

  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?

    No, returns & refund for change of mind is not applicable. Therefore, be sure before buying a product. To be sure, check reviews or you can contact us (through phone or chat)T for product query.

  • To where do you ship or deliver?

    Our shipping & delivery service is available throughout Surkhet-Valley. If you are far away, you can select Local pickup option during shipping to collect product from our store. (you should reach to our store)

  • How long does it take to deliver an order inside Surkhet Valley?

    Once the order has been placed, it will take less than one hour to process (receiving order, packaging, conforming). After that product will be delivered within 24 hours depending upon our work load.

  • Do you charge for shipping & delivery?

    Yes, we do charge as shipping & delivery fees combined. It will be shown during placing orders. Minimum of 10 to a maximum of 50. It depends upon amount of order & how far should we ship.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash on delivery & digital transfer for now. Details will be given after placing an order.

    We will add mobile wallets (eSewa, Khalti, etc.) & card payments as soon as possible.

  • How cash on delivery works?

    Simple! you will pay us in cash to our delivery person when your ordered got delivered to you.

  • How does digital transfer work?

    You have to transfer the amount to our accounts as given after placing the order. You can use mobile banking or a mobile wallet (Esewa). Please do not forget to enter “your number” or “order ID”¬†as remark during transfer.

    Your status will be updated within 5 minutes, and the order will be shiped as soon as possible. (orders will not be shipped until payment completed)

  • Can I do advance payment?

    Yes, you can do the advance payment in digital transfer. Provided that amount should not be less than 40% of the order total. The remaining amount can be paid after delivery.

  • What will happen if I don't do payment?

    Your order will be cancelled  & returned to our store.

  • My order has not been delivered? What should I do?
